No cancellations are allowed once your order has been processed, packaged, or shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my address ?

Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other territories).

All orders are subject to address verification and order validation. We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders with invalid, incomplete, or non-deliverable shipping addresses.

How long does delivery take ?

How much is shipping cost ?

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all eligible orders to the contiguous United States, with no minimum purchase required. This offer applies to standard ground delivery only. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories are currently unavailable.

Free shipping is subject to carrier availability, and we reserve the right to update this policy as needed.

Can I change my shipping address ?

You may update your address only if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our support team immediately.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged ?

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery, contact us right away with your order number. We will assist you promptly.

How can I get the tracking number for my order ?

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your order. You can also log in to your account to view the shipping status and tracking details, or contact our customer service team for help.

The chair is delivered partially assembled with all necessary hardware and tools included.

How long does assembly take ?

Assembly typically takes 15-20 minutes. Most customers can finish it easily following the instructions.

Is an instruction manual included ?

Yes, a detailed assembly manual is included in the package. You can also contact us for support.

Do I need professional assembly ?

Professional assembly is not required. The instructions are designed for easy home setup.

Warranty & Returns

What is your warranty policy ?

We provide a 5-year parts warranty for our chairs. For problems that occur within the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts service depending on the specific circumstances.

What is your return policy ?

We offer a 90-day return and exchange service for products, which starts from the official delivery date of your order.

Do I have to pay for return shipping ?

For eligible return and exchange orders, we will provide a shipping label for the return package.

Defective items: We will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-defective returns: Please note that for returns due to reasons other than product defects, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

How long does the refund process take ?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed about 3-5 business days.

Can I return the chair if I am not satisfied ?

If the chair isn't the right fit for you, you can return or exchange it within 90 days. Simply ensure it's in like-new or gently used condition and is properly repackaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We'll guide you through the process.

How can I extend the life of my chair ?

Can I replace worn-out parts ?
