Routine Maintenance Guidelines
1. Surface Cleaning
Mesh back/seat cushion: It is recommended to gently remove dust weekly using a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush head. For stains, gently wipe with a clean, soft cloth dampened with a small amount of neutral pH cleaning solution, then wipe with a damp cloth rinsed with clean water, and finally dry with a dry cloth.
Plastic/Metal Parts (Armrests, Five-Star Base, Chassis): Regularly wipe with a slightly damp soft cloth, then immediately dry with a dry cloth to prevent water stains or rust.
Chair Wheels: Check monthly and manually remove any hair or fibers wrapped around the wheel axles. When cleaning, you can place a slightly damp cloth on the floor and move the chair back and forth to wipe the wheels.
2. Structural Maintenance
Fastener Inspection: It is recommended to use the included hex wrench every 3-6 months to check and tighten the screws on the armrests, backrest, and chassis to ensure structural stability.
Gas Spring (Core Safety Component): Do not disassemble, strike, or lubricate the gas spring. The gas springs in this product are SGS/BIFMA safety certified. If you experience difficulty lifting, unusual noises, or slow self-lowering, immediately stop using the chair and contact our after-sales service.
3. Recommended Usage Habits
When sitting, try to lean your hips back against the backrest to obtain full lumbar support.
Avoid sitting on the front edge of the chair, as this may cause uneven stress on the seat over time.
4.Environmental Requirements
Use the chair indoors in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure (especially on the mesh fabric and plastic components) to prevent premature material aging.
5.Final Recommendation:
When in doubt about the chair's condition or care, stop use and contact official customer service as outlined in the manual.
