1.Return Policy

We strive to make every customer completely satisfied with their purchase. To support this goal, we offer a 90-day return and exchange service for eligible products, which starts from the official delivery date of your order.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Defective items: If your chair arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a full refund or free replacement, including all return shipping costs.

Non-defective returns: If the chair isn't the right fit for you, you can return or exchange it within 90 days. Simply ensure it's in like-new or gently used condition and is properly repackaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We'll guide you through the process.

Return Process:

Initiate a Request: Contact our customer service team via email or through the Returns section on our website within the 90-day window.

Provide Information: Share your order details, reason for return, and any supporting images if applicable.

Return via express delivery

Receive Instructions: We will guide you through the return process, including packaging guidelines,carrier information and return address information

Inspection & Completion: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange about 3-5 business days.

Regarding Shipping Fees:

For eligible return and exchange orders, we will provide a shipping label for the return package.

Defective items: We will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-defective returns: Please note that for returns due to reasons other than product defects, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Additional Notes

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, and the arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing rules (usually 3–5 business days for most credit cards/payment platforms).

We reserve the right to make the final decision on whether the returned items meet the return eligibility criteria.

2.Warranty Policy

We provide a 5-year parts warranty for our office chairs. For problems that occur within the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts service depending on the specific circumstances.

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

Improper use: Damage caused by overloading (exceeding the specified weight limit), improper assembly, or use in abnormal sitting positions (e.g., standing on the chair or using it as a means of transport).

Accidents and wear and tear: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, fire, or liquid immersion; and normal wear and tear, such as the normal reduction in elasticity of the mesh fabric.

Non-original parts: Indirect damage caused by the use of non-original parts.

Warranty Claim Process

Please follow these steps when applying for warranty service:

Provide the following documents:

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Detailed description of the problem.

Photos or videos clearly showing the problem.
