This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping terms, delivery timelines, shipping costs, and related arrangements for all orders placed through our official website: www.samndic.com. 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated below. We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy from time to time; any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

1. Shipping Eligibility & Destinations

Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other territories).

All orders are subject to address verification and order validation. We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders with invalid, incomplete, or non-deliverable shipping addresses.

2. Order Processing Time

Order Processing Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM PST

All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days  Monday to Friday.

Order processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time and does not include the time required for payment verification (we will begin processing your order only after your payment is successfully authorized).

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all eligible orders to the contiguous United States, with no minimum purchase required. This offer applies to standard ground delivery only. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories are currently unavailable.

Free shipping is subject to carrier availability, and we reserve the right to update this policy as needed.

4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines start from the date your order is shipped out (not the order placement date) and are estimated based on standard shipping carrier schedules (we partner with USPS,FedEx,UPS. leading logistics providers in the U.S.). All timelines are approximate and not guaranteed, as delivery may be affected by unforeseen factors (e.g., weather, carrier delays, holiday surges).

Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or peak season volume.

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You can use the tracking number to check the real-time delivery status of your package on the carrier’s official website.

5. Shipping Carrier

We exclusively partner with reputable and reliable logistics carriers: USPS,FedEx,UPS . The carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package from our warehouse to the designated shipping address; any issues related to package transit (e.g., delay, lost, damaged) will be coordinated by our team with the carrier for resolution.

6. Order Tracking

A unique tracking number will be assigned to each shipped order and sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of shipment.

If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of order placement (and payment is confirmed), please check your spam/junk folder first, or contact our customer service team for assistance.

We are not responsible for incorrect tracking information caused by typos in your registered email address.

7. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

7.1 Address Changes

If you need to modify the shipping address of your order, please contact our customer service team immediately via email,phone,live chat. We can only process address changes before your order is shipped out; once the order is dispatched, we cannot make any address adjustments, and you will need to coordinate directly with the shipping carrier for address changes (additional carrier fees may apply).

7.2 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund. before order processing or shipment. To cancel, contact our customer service with your order number and registered email.

No cancellations are allowed once your order has been processed, packaged, or shipped. 

8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

8.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If your package arrives with visible damage (e.g., broken packaging, damaged product parts) or the product is defective, please:

Take clear photos/videos of the package (including the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged product) within 48 hours of delivery;

Contact our customer service team with your order number, tracking number, and the photos/videos;

Our team will review your claim within 3 business days and arrange for a free replacement, repair, or full refund, subject to investigation, product condition, and claim validation.

8.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

we will assist with carrier claims and make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery issues. If the carrier marks the package as "delivered" but you do not receive it, 
please check with your family, neighbors, building management, or local carrier hub for the package first;

Contact our customer service within 7 business days of the carrier’s marked delivery date with your order number and tracking number;

Our team will file a formal claim with the carrier and investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost/stolen by the carrier, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages if:

The shipping address you provided is incorrect or incomplete;

The package is delivered to a secure location (e.g. front porch, garage) as requested by you;

You fail to notify us of the missing package within the 7-business-day window.

9. Address Requirements

Please provide a complete and accurate physical shipping address for your order, including the full street address, city, state, zip code, and a valid contact phone number to ensure smooth delivery.

Important Note: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses due to shipping carrier restrictions and the size/weight characteristics of our ergonomic chairs. Any orders placed with a PO Box as the shipping address will be subject to delay or cancellation until a valid physical address is provided. If we are unable to confirm a physical shipping address for your order within 3-5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

10. Exceptions & Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to: natural disasters (hurricanes, tornadoes, snowstorms), carrier service disruptions, labor strikes, government regulations, power outages, or supply chain issues. In the event of Force Majeure, we will notify you of the delay via email and make reasonable efforts to resume shipping as soon as possible.
